Specifications
The electric car is designed on the modular principle, and its architectural system includes several different modules: powertrain modules – the front axle module and two modules of the rear axle, rechargeable battery module, and the cabin module. Each of the modules has a separate frame. The individual frames are connected to each other to form a single frame of the chassis by means of removable screw connectors. Using the same powertrain modules in combination with modules of different cabins, electric cars with different functional purposes can be offered such as two-seater sports (1+1 seats), two-seater urban (1+ 1 seats + luggage), four-seater urban (1+3 seats + luggage), cargo (1+ 1 seats + cargo space). The various modules can be easily assembled and disassembled to facilitate maintenance. The electric car has no gearbox and differential and the transmission has as few as possible mechanical elements. The suspension of the passenger compartment is conventional, including springs and shock absorbers. The electrical power and control cables between the individual modules are joined with each other through brackets, mechanically protected against self-disjoining. Solar panels can be incorporated in the passenger compartment to charge the batteries. The controllers, batteries and supercapacitors are fixed on the battery module frame and feed two mirror symmetrical powertrain modules with a programmable electronic differential function included.
